Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we are pleased to offer a return policy on all eligible items that meet one of below criteria:

  • The item has evident manufacturing defect, such as length, style, hair texture, cap size and construction or color doesn’t match the description, for example, the order was placed in natural black color, however, the order that was shipped was brown color. Please note, images shown online are taken professionally to exhibit the texture and color of the hair and they are for display purpose only. Due to the manufacture processes involved, actual product received may vary slightly from piece to piece in terms of texture and color.
  • The item must be in original, factory condition, which means it is unopened. The MHD seal must not be broken and MHD tag is attached in original packaging. The hair must stay unwrapped, uncombed, no brushed and no fingers run through, unaltered, unworn and undamaged. Please note the wigs are intact and lace has not been cut.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • All customized items

Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.  Items returned between the 8th day to the 30th day of receiving your original order will be eligible for MHD e-store credit. The amount of refund or store credit will be the final amount showing on your original invoice. After the 30th day, items will be not returnable.

Once you decide to return your item, please contact us first to initiate the return process:

  • Return shipping cost, if it is a damaged item or wrongly shipped item, MHD will be responsible for return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Fill out the return form and attach it to return package.

  • We suggest our customers track the returning package. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost during the process that items are shipping back to our facility. Please allow 3-7 business days for your carrier to deliver the returning items.
  • Refunds are normally credited back to your bank card within 3-5 business days, depends on the bank. MHD will strictly follow the standard procedure under CPI guidance; however, we do not have any control over bank processing capacity.
  • MHD e-store credit will be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of returning items.

MHD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPLAIN, UPDATE, CHANGE OR REPLACE ANY SECTION OF THESE POLICIES BY POSTING UPDATES AND/OR CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE POLICIES. THESE POLICIES WILL BECOME MUTUAL AGREEMENT UPON THE COMPLETION OF PURCHASE.
